1. What We Collect

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and authentication credentials. When you take the assessment, we collect your responses to all 98 questions. When you use klimt, we store your conversation history to provide continuity and personalization. When you subscribe, Stripe processes your payment information. We never see or store your credit card number.

We also collect standard usage analytics (pages visited, features used, session duration) through PostHog. No assessment responses, scores, archetype identifiers, vital sign values, or conversation content are included in analytics events. Only event metadata and anonymous user identifiers are tracked.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your assessment responses are used to calculate your archetype profile, 12 vital sign scores, developmental level, and personalized narrative. This data powers your results dashboard and informs how klimt interacts with you. Your klimt conversation history is used exclusively to personalize your coaching experience.

We may use anonymized, aggregated data to improve the assessment instrument and the AI companion. Aggregated means no individual user can be identified from this data.

3. Third-Party Services

nuda veritas uses the following third-party services that may process your data: Supabase (authentication and data storage, hosted in the United States), Stripe (payment processing), Anthropic Claude (AI-powered klimt conversations), and PostHog (product analytics, event metadata only). Each of these providers maintains their own privacy policies and data handling practices. Your klimt conversations are processed by Anthropic Claude but are not used to train their AI models.

4. Organizational Use

If you take the assessment through an organizational or enterprise program, your organization can see aggregate team statistics only. Your organization will NEVER have access to your individual responses, scores, archetype, vital sign values, or klimt conversations. Your individual data remains yours. Period.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data and assessment results for as long as your account is active. Klimt conversation history is retained to provide continuity across sessions. If you delete your account, all associated data (assessment responses, results, conversation history, and profile information) is permanently deleted within 30 days. Some anonymized, aggregated data may be retained for research purposes and cannot be traced back to you.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to access all data we hold about you. You have the right to request a complete export of your data. You have the right to delete your account and all associated data at any time. You have the right to opt out of analytics tracking. You have the right to withdraw consent for data processing at any time.

We comply with applicable data protection regulations including GDPR (for users in the European Economic Area) and CCPA (for California residents). We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your personal information with advertisers or data brokers.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We use analytics cookies through PostHog to understand how the platform is used. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels from third-party ad networks.

8. Security

We take the security of your data seriously. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Authentication is handled through Supabase with industry-standard practices. Payment processing is PCI-compliant through Stripe. Access to production data is restricted to essential personnel only.

9. Children

nuda veritas is not intended for use by anyone under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have collected data from a user under 18, we will delete that account and all associated data promptly.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as the platform evolves. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
