Common Questions
Everything you need to know about the nuda veritas leadership assessment, the 7 archetypes, 12 vital signs, and klimt.
What is nuda veritas?
nuda veritas is a psychometrically grounded leadership profile built on decades of clinical research. It measures 7 dimensions of leadership intelligence, scores 12 vital signs on a 1 to 10 scale, and identifies your primary archetype. It is not a personality quiz. It is a mirror.
How is this different from DISC, Myers-Briggs, or StrengthsFinder?
Most assessments give you a label and a PDF. nuda veritas gives you a living profile that grows with you. After your assessment, your results load directly into klimt, an AI companion that knows your scores, your patterns, and your growth edges. klimt assigns targeted work, tracks your progress over time, and walks with you daily. No other assessment does this.
What are the 7 archetypes?
The 7 archetypes are The Mirror (self-awareness), The Serpent (vulnerability and accountability), The Bridge (empathy and connection), The Compass (differentiation and identity), The Flame (conflict courage), The Roots (relational depth and fidelity), and The Arrow (growth velocity). Your primary archetype is where you score highest. Your shadow is where you score lowest.
What are the 12 leadership vital signs?
The 12 vital signs are Empathy, Differentiation, Relational Depth, Self-Awareness, Power Orientation, Shame Resilience, Conflict Courage, Growth Velocity, Forgiveness, Presence, Burnout Risk, and Feedback. Each is scored on a 1 to 10 scale and maps across the 7 dimensions to give you a granular view of your leadership health.
Who is klimt?
klimt is an AI companion named after Gustav Klimt, whose painting Nuda Veritas depicts a woman holding a mirror outward. klimt has three personas: the vulnerable professor who teaches through story, the street smart operator who gives you Monday morning tactics, and the wounded healer who sits with you when it hurts. klimt knows your assessment results and uses them to guide personalized coaching conversations.
How long does the assessment take?
The assessment includes 98 questions and typically takes 15 to 25 minutes. It is designed to be taken in one sitting. There are no right or wrong answers. The most valuable results come from honest, unfiltered responses.
What does the assessment cost?
The assessment is a one-time purchase. klimt, the AI companion, is available as a monthly or annual subscription. Visit the pricing page for current details.
Can I use nuda veritas with my team?
Yes. nuda veritas offers team deployments for organizations that want to map the leadership health of their entire team. Team reports show aggregate patterns, blind spots, and relational dynamics. Contact us through the enterprise page for custom pricing.
How often should I retake the assessment?
The recommended rhythm is a baseline assessment, followed by check-ins at 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, and 90 days, with a full retake every six months. This cadence lets you track real growth over time rather than getting a single snapshot.
What is the nuda veritas gap?
The gap between your self-report scores (what you say about yourself) and your behavioral evidence (what your responses reveal) is your nuda veritas gap. A small gap means authenticity. A large gap means performance. Neither is good or bad. But knowing the size of the gap is the beginning of closing it.
Is this therapy?
No. nuda veritas is a leadership development tool, not a clinical instrument. It was built by a therapist with decades of clinical experience, and it draws on clinical research, but it is not a substitute for therapy. If you are in crisis, please contact a licensed mental health professional.
Who created nuda veritas?
nuda veritas was created by nick t ogle, phd, a therapist, entrepreneur, and father of five. The book You Can't Make This Shi!t Up was co-created with Chani. The framework draws on decades of clinical practice, family systems work, and real-world leadership consulting.
Ready to See Yourself Clearly?
